The Blooming Prairie Bean lives up to its name with pods that look like a painter’s canvas. Each bean is patterned in creamy white with dramatic purple splotches and streaks, almost as if ink was splashed across their surface. The colors deepen as they mature, creating a striking contrast that makes them stand out both in the garden and on the table. The vines are bushy and vigorous , dotted with delicate blossoms before giving way to these artful, purple-marked beans. We have not seen a bush bean produce like this one!
