  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include your RA number before shipping them back to our main distribution center.

  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned seeds, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
